Outdoor and Indoor Spring Activities

Because of all the bad news we’ve received from the Covid-19 pandemic, it’s about time to refresh our minds and soul. With such beautiful weather here and more on its way, there are so many things we are able to do outdoors and indoors. These activities can be enjoyed while also following the rules of social distancing outdoors. Taking part in these fun-filled projects give us the opportunities to enjoy the spring weather outdoors and indoors. It’s time to learn what we can from spring and nature and the world opening up around us. We can use this time to explore spring colors and themes through arts and crafts and spring activities.
Plant yourself a Garden!
Surround your outdoor living space with color and fragrance this year by planting a new flower garden. Whether your space is a window box, a porch container, or a flower bed alongside your house, take time to plan your planting this spring for three seasons of blooms and foliage.

Go bike riding!
When the weather is undeniably beautiful, what is better than going outside for a bike ride? This can be enjoyed on your own or with a partner! Bike riding can ease your emotions and mental state with joy and relaxation.

What’s better than spending some time alone in the kitchen and baking for loved ones in your home! Plus I don’t think there’s any better way to work out frustration through kneading dough and mixing batter.

Indoor or Outdoor painting!
Going outside will do so many positive things to your body such as, brightening your mood and giving all the vitamins the sun gives out for us. Painting outside or just about anything outside will make you feel so peaceful and relaxed.

Tie dyeing is a fun way to give new life to clothes, but darker colors don’t always take dye very well. If you’re looking for a way to update your dark clothes, try tie dyeing with bleach! You’ll get a cool white design that stands out well against dark or bright colors.

Meditating can do absolute wonders for you! Meditation offers you the time to reflect on your thoughts and focus mainly on your breathing or some other aspect of your being. It gives you the awareness to refocus your mind on the present moment, as opposed to the past of the future.
