Deciding on a Halloween costume can be quite challenging, especially if you procrastinate like most of us. That’s why Rebel Roar has prepared some easy, last-minute costume ideas that only require a t-shirt and some basic craft supplies. All materials can be substituted with what you have available. Please remember to be careful when handling hot and sharp objects.


-Any white t-shirt
-Red paint
-Sponge brush
(An exacto-knife or seam ripper is more effective, but please be careful.)
– Any type of black underclothes

1) Make rips and cuts on shirt with scissors
2) Brush a small amount of red paint all over the shirt or a “bloody” effect
3)Pair with any black under clothing (ripped jeans, hoodie, etc…)


-Plain green and blue t-shirt
-White, blue, black, and purple paper
– Scissors
-Glue stick
-Hot glue gun

1) Cut a large white circle, medium blue circle, small black circle, and mini white circle
2) Arrange circles to make an eyeball and hot glue to the center of the shirt
3) Cut a wide semi-circle shape from black
paper to create the mouth
4) Cut jagged, uneven points from white paper for the teeth
5) Paste the “teeth” onto the “mouth” and cut off any excess paper
6) Hot glue the completed “mouth” to the shirt
7) Wear with any bottoms

1) Cut out large, different shaped clouds from purple paper
2) Arrange the clouds onto the shirt and hot glue in place
3) Wear with any bottoms


-Oversized yellow t-shirt
-Black marker
-Green construction paper

1) Use a black marker to draw upside
down V’s all over the t-shirt
2) Cut out construction paper into
the shape of a pineapple stem leaf
3) Tape the stem leaf onto the
head band
4) Pair with any bottoms
